From 20 May 2010 all properties placed on the market for sale in England & Wales will require an Energy Performance Certificate.
Stamford Energy Assessors are fully qualified and ready to produce Energy Performance Certificates.
Properties can be marketed as soon as an Energy Assessment is commissioned and must be available within 28 days of that date.
Prices
As you would expect prices for the production of Energy Performance Certificate are based on the size of the property - the bigger it is the longer it takes - our prices start from £60 and are very competative.
